As a merchant your personal data as required for contracts of purchases between you and Ecopence will be solely used for the processing and fulfilment of such contracts. The use of data relating to your business including your trade name, location, promotions, products and services, will be used for marketing, advertising, market research or to provide targeted sales to your business so this forms part of the agreement and we will be sharing all this to all our members.
